The Courier IFM lineup gives you several port configuration options to fit the needs of the small or large office. The Courier IFM is sure to deliver the business phone solution that is just right for your company’s needs.

Working in conjunction with either the Panasonic DBS 576 or 576HD Phone System, the IFM is a state – of – the – art call processing platform card that slides directly into the system cabinet to integrate with the systems digital back plane.

External Message Notification

You no longer need to constantly check you voice mail for new messages. By using the External Message Notification feature, you can be contacted on your cell phone or pager when a new message has arrived.

Trunk Mapping

The Trunk Mapping feature is ideal when several companies are sharing a DBS Phone System. The Courier IFM can distinguish which phone line is ringing and play an individualized greeting for each company’s line. Company “A” and Company “B” can have separate and individualized greetings for Voice Mail even though they may share the same phone system.

Call Record

The Courier IFM can be configured to record a conversation for future reference. By touching 1 Key you can record both sides of the conversation. The courier IFM simply stores the call as a message that you can play back for reference. Call record is an ideal tool for the training of telemarketing personnel.
