CUSTOMIZE MY PHONE

TO CHANGE YOUR RINGTONE:
    Press "Transfer"
    Press "1 1 1"
    Display will show your current tone number
    Press "Vol up" or Vol down" to scroll thru and hear each tone
    Press "Transfer" to save the tone you want

TO CHANGE YOU ANSWER MODE  (INTERCOM CALLS):
    Press "Transfer"
    Press "1 0 3"
    Display will show your current answer mode
    Press "0" for Ring Mode, OR
    Press "1" for Auto Answer Mode
    Press "Transfer" to save this setting

TO MAKE A CALL:
   
Lift the handset, press "9" or select an available line key and dial number,
    or, Press "Speaker" and follow instructions above.

TO ANSWER A CALL:
    Lift the handset and you will be connected to the incoming call.
    or,  Press "Speaker" and you will be connected to the incoming call by speakerphone.

TO TRANSFER A CALL:
    When on a call, press the DSS key for that extension/person and hang up.
    or,  Press "HOLD" and dial the extension number and hang up.

TO CHANGE SYSTEM TIME:
    Press "TRANSFER"
    Press "2 0 0"
    Press "1 2 3 4"
    Press "1"  (to change to enable)
    Press "SPEAKER"
    Press "5 0 5"
    The current day, month, date, year and time will appear on the top row of the display
    Enter correct info. . . . day of week, month, date, year : hour, min.
    Press "TRANSFER" (to save information)
    New information will now appear in the display.

TO PROGRAM SYSTEM SPEED DIAL NUMBER:
    Press "TRANSFER"
    Press "2 0 0"
    Press "1 2 3 4"
    Press "1"  (to change to enable)
    Press "Speaker"
    Press "7 0 5"
    Unsing the "Soft Keys" (just below display), move curser to under the "5"
    Key in "5 0 0" (or the next available memory location)
    Key in the speed dial phone number (don't forget the "9")
    Press "Speaker"  (to save the number)

   When you have entered last number press "Transfer" and hang up

SVMI      Voice Mail

TO SET UP YOUR VOICE MAIL BOX GREETING:
    Press "VOICEMAIL" key
    Press "0 0 0 0"  (default Password)
    Press "5" for Greetings
    Press "1" for No Answer Greeting
    Press "2" to Edit . . . and follow voice prompts
    Press "1" to review recording
    Press "#" to save recording
    Press "1" to verify your greeting is correct
    Hang up to exit

TO SET UP VOICE  MAIL BOX OWNER NAME:
    Press "VOICEMAIL" key
    Press "0 0 0 0"  (default Password)
    Press "#" then press "7" for Personal Administration
    Press "1" to change Password (follow prompts)
    Press "2" for Owners Name (follow prompts)
    Press "3" for Dial-by-Name Directory (follow prompts)
    Press "#" to save
    Hang up to exit

TO CHECK MESSAGES (FROM YOUR PHONE):
    Press "VOICEMAIL" key
    Enter your Password
    Follow voice prompts or use Soft Keys
    Hang up to exit

TO CHECK MESSAGES (FROM OUTSIDE THE OFFICE):
    Call office (or your Voice Mail phone number)
    Ask for voice mail
    When greeting starts, Press "#" and you mail box number
    Enter your Password
    Follow the voice prompts
    Hang up to exit
